I make sure teams build the right thing.

I'm a Business Analyst working at the seam between business and engineering. Right now I'm the sole BA on four concurrent product builds at Tech Exactly, working directly with clients across the UAE, KSA and Ireland — owning each from discovery and BRD/FSD/SRS through to UAT sign-off as Product Owner.

The results matter more than the documents:

  • Requirements with no loose ends — discovery, interviews and workshops turned into BRD/FSD/SRS, UML and user stories with airtight acceptance criteria.
  • End-to-end delivery ownership — Product Owner across multiple live products: backlog, sprint ceremonies, UAT and client sign-off, all the way to a clean release.
  • International client engagement — translating ambiguous briefs from clients in the UAE, KSA and Ireland into delivery-ready scope for cross-functional teams.
  • Proof in data — Power BI, SQL and Excel to validate decisions and show impact, not just opinions.
