I'm a Business Analyst / Product Owner with 3+ years across FinTech, Healthcare AI, Industrial Ops, Public Safety and Event SaaS. Right now I'm the sole BA across multiple concurrent product builds at Tech Exactly, working directly with clients across the UAE, KSA and Ireland, owning each from discovery and BRD/FSD/SRS through to UAT sign-off as Product Owner.

The results matter more than the documents:

Requirements with no loose ends: discovery, interviews and workshops turned into BRD/FSD/SRS, UML and user stories with airtight acceptance criteria.
End-to-end delivery ownership: Product Owner across multiple live products, backlog, sprint ceremonies, UAT and client sign-off, all the way to a clean release.
International client engagement: translating ambiguous briefs from clients in the UAE, KSA and Ireland into delivery-ready scope for cross-functional teams.
AI-accelerated delivery: using AI-assisted tools to speed up documentation, validation and requirement analysis without cutting corners.
Proof in data: Power BI, SQL and Excel to validate decisions and show impact, not just opinions.
