I make sure teams build the right thing.

I'm a Business Analyst working at the seam between business and engineering. Right now I'm the sole BA on four concurrent product builds at Tech Exactly, working directly with clients across the UAE, KSA and Ireland — owning each from discovery and BRD/FSD/SRS through to UAT sign-off as Product Owner.

What I bring

  • Requirements with no loose ends — discovery, interviews and workshops turned into BRD/FSD/SRS, UML and user stories with airtight acceptance criteria.
  • End-to-end delivery ownership — Product Owner across multiple live products: backlog, sprint ceremonies, UAT and client sign-off, all the way to a clean release.

Experience
  • Sole BA across four concurrent product builds — each with its own frontend, backend and QA — for international clients in the UAE, KSA and Ireland, owning every project from discovery through to UAT sign-off.
  • Translate ambiguous client briefs into delivery-ready BRDs, FSDs, SRS, UML and wireframes, with zero misalignment between client expectations and what engineering builds.

  • Drove documentation and coordination improvements that lifted delivery efficiency by ~30%, with shorter UAT cycles and fewer production defects.
